Mineola, TX (PRWEB) March 08, 2013
Identified for top quality and innovation, ez Router is officially rolling out the APC2, its newest turnkey answer in inexpensive plasma cutting systems. ez Router is primarily based in Mineola, Texas, and has been a favored amongst CNC machinists for decades. Their common and custom U.S.A.-made routers and plasma cutters pack severe punch, withstanding industrial and hobbyist applications.
ez Routers owner and co-founder, Daniel Berry, says the APC2s are a wonderful worth.
We redesigned our current CNC plasma cutter with the goal of creating it much better, explains Berry. This is a reputable machine thats fantastic for anybody on a tight price range.
A number of features come normal on ez Routers new APC2 machines, like:
???? ????Rack & Pinion z-Axis
???? ????VCarve Pro
???? ????Gear Racks with Precision Rails
???? ????Full, Prior Assembly with Precision Welding
???? ????A Laptop (vs. Desktop) Computer, with Ethernet Connection
???? ????Multiple Size Choices: 2×2, 2×4, 4×4, 4×8 & 5×10
???? ????A Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster A-40 with Machine Torch or Hypertherm Powermax 45 with???? Machine Torch
???? ????Increased Speedy Traverse Speed (from 800 IPM to 1200 IPM)
We went from Kevlar-reinforced belts to gear rack with precision rails, adds Berry. We reworked the z-axis (where the cutting head is) so its rack and pinion rather than ball screw or lead screw actuated. Weve also upgraded our CAD plan to Vectric VCarve Pro for 2D CNC Plasma Cutting.
Originally slated to roll out final October, the ez Router R&D group identified further ways to increase the former model and put off making the new unit available until early this year. Since then, ez Router has sold several APC2 all-in-a single plasma cutting systems.
Something we can do to make our buyers lives less difficult or, as we say, EZer is what we want to be undertaking. Each and every of our APC systems is a supply of pride for me. I know what our buyers want and why they want issues to work a certain way. For me, its a very rewarding company to be in.
